Northwind — identity refresh
Twenty years of acquisitions had left eleven logos, four typefaces and no agreement on the company colour. We reduced it to one system without anyone losing a fight.
Meridian — mobile redesign
Session recordings showed people using three features and ignoring nineteen. We rebuilt the app around the three and moved the rest out of the way.
Calder — packaging system
A six-product range on its way to forty. The old artwork required a designer for every new flavour; the new system does not.
Financial services platform
Consolidating four front-end codebases onto one component library, phased over nine months so no team had to stop shipping. Client not named at their request.
Public sector booking service
An appointment service used mostly on old Android phones over poor connections. Most of the work was removal rather than addition.
B2B analytics dashboard
A two-week review that concluded the planned rebuild was unnecessary. Six specific fixes instead, shipped by their own team in a month.
